Houma man arrested after shooting neighbor's pit bull

HOUMA - Police in Houma say a man faces animal cruelty charges after he reportedly killed his neighbor’s pit bull in an act of revenge after the canine bit his son.60-year-old Karl Kohman, of Houma, is now accused of shooting the 2-year-old dog with a .22 caliber handgun on Saturday, according to The Courier.The newspaper reports that officers later learned that Kohman’s 34-year-old son was walking in his neighbor’s yard when the pit bull bit him on the ankle.KATC-T
