Gonzales voters decide next mayor Tuesday

GONZALES – Voters will decide either to re-elect the current Mayor of Gonzales or choose new leadership for the role.The two candidates, both Democrats, in the race are Mayor Barney Arceneaux and Councilman Terance Irvin.Arceneaux has been serving as mayor of the city since January 2009.
