Four people arrested for Medicaid fraud

BATON ROUGE – Four people have been arrested for Medicaid fraud, Attorney General Jeff Landry announced on Monday.Landry's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit arrested 51-year-old Djuana Richard, 45-year-old Joseph Richardson, 45-year-old Kishawn Holmes and 45-year-old Lynette Dowell.Richard was arrested on four counts on Medicaid fraud for allegedly working at a patient care facility while simultaneously claiming to be providing in-home care to another Medicaid recipient.Richardson and Dowell
