Four men arrested for $13k casino theft scheme

BATON ROUGE – Investigators with the Louisiana State Police Gaming Enforcement Division arrested four men suspected of a theft scheme that left an area casino out of $13,000.The arrests were the result of an investigation into a group who were manipulating the roulette game to steal casino chips.
