Former St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Captain to run for elected office

LAFAYETTE - Former St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office captain and current Lafayette Deputy Marshall Captain Clay Higgins, is announcing that he will be announcing his campaign for either Congress or Senate.
