FEMA gives recovery update 100 days after flood

BATON ROUGE - It's been 100 days since the historic August flood. An estimated seven trillion gallons of rainwater was dumped across southeast Louisiana, according to FEMA. That's more than four times the amount of water in Lake Pontchartrain.Tuesday FEMA announced more than 153,000 individuals and families registered for federal disaster assistance.
