EBR Mayor challenges incumbent for 2nd congressional district

BATON ROUGE - Voters will choose if East Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden will replace U.S. Representative Cedric Richmond as the U.S. Representative for the 2nd congressional district or if Richmond will remain.Holden announced that he would challenge Richmond in the race in July.Richmond and Holden have had some tension with one another in the past months.
