EBR debris removal to begin Monday in 5 zip codes

BATON ROUGE – Mayor Kip Holden announced that debris removal will begin work in East Baton Rouge Parish starting Monday, Aug. 22 following the recent flooding.The removal efforts will begin in the following zip codes:- 70714
- 70802
- 70819
- 70814- 70811
The above areas were selected based on assessments conducted on areas most heavily impacted by the flooding along with areas where residents have already started to set out flood-related debris.Residents who live in the above zip code
