Driver injured after ramming concrete barricade on closed bridge

CENTRAL - A driver was taken to the hospital after crashing through a concrete barrier blocking a closed bridge overnight.Firefighters had to use equipment similar to the Jaws of Life to cut the driver from the mangled mess after the vehicle slammed into the barricade.  Authorities said the barricade was blocking the closed bridge on Victoria Drive.  For some reason, the driver ignored the closure and ran into the concrete blockade.The wreck happened at 4 a.m. Sunday.The Distr
