Driver booked in deadly Livingston Parish crash

WALKER – Police arrested a man in connection with a deadly crash on Florida Boulevard earlier in December.Robert Kelly, 44, was booked into the Livingston Parish Jail on negligent homicide and negligent injury charges along with outstanding warrants for not showing up to previous court hearings.
