Downtown Greenway breaks ground on Thursday

BATON ROUGE- The East Baton Rouge City-Parish and the Downtown Development District broke ground on the Downtown Greenway on Thursday.The Greenway is a proposed 2.75 mile network of bike and pedestrian pathways that connect Baton Rouge’s parks and recreational facilities, communities and attractions.The North Boulevard phase of the Downtown Greenway runs on the boulevard from 5th Street to East Boulevard and will feature a shared use path and garden walk that will connect to the North
