Creepy clowns force Ronald McDonald into hiding

NEW YORK - The creepy clown sightings has forced Ronald McDonald to keep a lower profile.The Associated Press reported Tuesday, the popular burger chain said it's mascot won't make a bunch of appearances. McDonald's Corp. said it's being "thoughtful in respect to Ronald McDonald's participation in community events." It's not clear how long the company's clown might be in hiding. The burger chain's decision comes after a rash of pranks around the country that have involved eerie clown sightings.
