Child electrocuted by fence in Franklin Parish

WINNSBORO - Authorities say a seven-year-old was electrocuted after going across a neighbor's fence in Franklin Parish.   Franklin Parish Sheriff Kevin Cobb tells local media that around 11 p.m. Monday authorities received a call reporting a missing child, later identified as Brandon McFarland, in Winnsboro.
