CATS: Some routes to return to service Monday

BATON ROUGE - The Capital Area Transit System reports that it will re-establish a limited number of lines on Monday following this past weekend’s historic flooding. CATS says it is evaluating road conditions and staffing levels as it decides which routes to operate at this time.
