BRPD arrest man for rape, kidnapping and domestic abuse

BATON ROUGE- BRPD arrested 38-year-old Damion Thompson for the kidnapping, rape and beating of a Baton Rouge woman on Tuesday.
According to BRPD, the incident took place late Monday night when the victim was with two of her friends at her apartment in the 2100 block of 75th Avenue.Thompson showed up to her home around 11:00 p.m. without permission.
