Body found at Bellemont Victoria apartment complex

BATON ROUGE - The EBR Coroner responded to an apartment complex on the corner of Bellemont and Victoria Drive after a body was found.Police say that at this point they don’t believe the death has anything to do with recent flooding. It is suspected the person could have died from a medical issue before the flooding even began. More details are expected from the coroner’s office soon.The Bellemont Victoria apartment complex was evacuated during flooding with Thursday being the
