BATON ROUGE- A man arrested Friday has been accused of beating his child at an elementary school after the child was suspended.Edward T. Humphrey, 38, was booked with cruelty to juveniles, booking records show.On Nov. 8th, Humphrey was called to Claiborne Elementary School to pick up his son who was being suspended.
