BAKER - Police have arrested a man accused of training dogs for fighting after finding 15 malnourished pit bulls at his home. 47-year-old Yusef Chew faces dog fighting and cruelty to animal charges after police responded to multiple calls of a dog fighting incident in the backyard of a home in the 4600 block of Greenwood Lane.When officers arrived, they found 15 malnourished pit bulls that were branded with the letter "C" on the hind legs.
