Authorities arrest second person in Thibodaux armed robbery case

THIBODAUX- A second person has been arrested after investigators learned of an armed robbery after a victim was shot in a separate incident.On Dec. 31 at approximately 1:21 a.m., Thibodaux Police Offiers saw a tan Buick Century traveling on Jackson Street near St. Mary with an expired license plate.
