Assumption Parish schools to reopen Thursday

ASSUMPTION PARISH - Schools in Assumption Parish are set to reopen Thursday after they were closed Wednesday behind a series of strong storms.All schools in parish will be back open with classes resuming as regularly scheduled.School administrators said if anyone is in need of assistance due to the severe weather or would like to make a donation or volunteer, they can contact Carol Ann with the Red Cross at (504) 444-2792.Permalink| Comments
