Ascension Parish sends help to Harvey Victims

HOUSTON - Like so many others, St. Amant Fire Chief James LeBlanc is haunted by last year's flood.
"I'm sitting in my office, two nights ago, and I'm looking at the TV and I'm seeing the devastation that's going on in Texas," said LeBlanc, "It's just rerunning everything in my head of what took place here last year."
So he decided to do something about it.
