Worker Gets Stuck On Radio Tower In DC After Becoming Hypothermic

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WJZ) — DC firefighters have rescued a utility worker that got stuck on a tower in DC.
According to DC Fire and EMS, the worker became hypothermic and was unable to lower himself.
