Woman Who Drove Her Car at Police Officer Gets 10 Years

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) — A woman who was convicted of driving at a police officer and striking him has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office said in a news release that 35-year-old Jessica McQueen was sentenced Monday in Glen Burnie District Court. She was convicted last week of second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and other offenses.
