WEATHER BLOG: Rain To Continue Throughout The Day

Hi Everyone!
It is a foul morning. Legit, and FOR REAL. Not only is it either raining, raining hard, or just solidly misting, because we have a strong Easterly flow. That tends to stack up water on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake. Area’s like Fells Point, and Harborplace might see water right up to the sidewalk, especially at time of high tide.
