Tydings Bridge Reopens After Overturned Tractor Trailer Cleared

CECIL Co., Md. (WJZ) — Major delays were in effect after a tractor trailer overturned at the Tydings Bridge.
All northbound lanes were closed and only two right southbound lanes were kept open for traffic to pass through. All lanes have since been reopened.
