Two Killed In Crash On I-97 In Anne Arundel County

ANNE ARUNDEL CO., Md. (WJZ) — Two people were killed Monday after the vehicle they were in went off the road in Anne Arundel County Monday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. on I-97 southbound in Millersville, near the Benfield exit.
Investigators say speed may have played a factor in the crash involving an Acura. The driver lost control and went off the roadway where the car hit a tree along the wood line before stopping in the woods.
