Texas Rangers Postpone Charges Against Dallas Cop That Shot A Man

(CNN) — The Texas Rangers have postponed seeking a warrant on manslaughter charges against a Dallas police officer who shot and killed a man, Dallas police said Saturday in a news release.
Police also identified the officer as Amber Guyger, a four-year veteran of the department assigned to the Southeast Patrol Division.
