T-Mobile Says Despite Glitch, Customers Were Never Without 911 Access

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — T-Mobile customers were never without access to 911 Thursday morning, according to a company spokesperson.
T-Mobile did report an issue with 911 calls to the FCC early Thursday morning, but it was fixed within an hour of the issue starting.
They report that customers could always reach 911, due to a backup system.
The issue is resolved.
