State Of Emergency Declared In Harford County

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Harford County Executive Barry Glassman declared a state of emergency in Harford County due to a flood event that began Friday night.
Gov. Larry Hogan tweeted out his concern toward Harford County early Saturday morning.
