Road Closures & Parking Restrictions To Expect For The Preakness Stakes

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Every year, Preakness brings with it thrills, entertainment, and world-class horse racing to Baltimore. The second leg of the Triple Crown brings one more thing: traffic.
