BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Cleanup continues in Curtis Bay after a roaring fire ripped through nearly an entire block of rowhomes Monday afternoon.
On Wednesday, the fire chief explained how broken fire hydrants impacted the fire fight.
The fire left nearly two dozen people homeless.
