Rescue Operation At An Industrial Park In Northeast Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– A man had to be rescued Wednesday morning in Northeast Baltimore after a trench collapsed at an industrial park.
The incident happened on Quad Avenue while construction workers were working on a major water main replacement project. A private construction firm was doing the work.
The collapsed trapped a man inside a 15-foot hole. There were two other people in the trench, but it is unknown whether they jumped into try and save the man that was in the deepest part
