Reports: Fort Worth Chief Offered Baltimore’s Top Cop

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Fort Worth, Texas police chief could be Baltimore’s next police commissioner job, according to reports coming out of Dallas.
Chief Joel Fitzgerald was offered the job, according to our sister station CBSDFW.
But, Fort Worth’s Mayor Betsy Price told media outlets Friday that Fitzgerald is taking the job.
Baltimore officials, however, are not confirming the information. They only say that the process is underway and no decision has been made.
