Poll: Majority Of Marylanders Support Recreational Marijuana, One-Third Say Crime Is Top Issue

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Nearly one-third of Marylanders say crime is the top issue lawmakers should address in the 2020 legislative session, a new Gonzales Maryland poll released Tuesday showed.Thirty-one percent of respondents said crime is the number one issue in Maryland, followed by education at 16 percent and transportation at 11 percent. Crime was the top issue among both Democrats and Republicans.
