Police searching for runaway juvenile, 13, last seen in northwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a runaway juvenile last seen in northwest Baltimore. Police say LaShawna Freeland, 13, was last seen in the 5500 block of Haddon Avenue on June 24. Freeland is 5'4” and 90 pounds.
