Police Need Help Finding Caretaker Of Man Possibly Suffering From Dementia

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Baltimore County police have found a vulnerable adult and need assistance finding the caregiver(s) of the man.
Officers found Bernie Smith in the area of Fieldspring Court and Seminary Drive off of West Seminary Avenue in Lutherville-Timonium Wednesday.
Authorities were called to the area around 5:22 p.m. because Smith was reportedly knocking on doors in the neighborhood and was unable to articulate his name and reason for being in the area.
