Police: Child Found Safe After Carjacking in East Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A four-year-old boy has been reunited with family members after the car he was in was stolen in East Baltimore, according to Baltimore City Police.
Police say the vehicle was running when it was stolen around 7:30pm Wednesday in East Baltimore.  A man who said he was the child’s uncle told WJZ that family members were loading items into the car, when someone hopped in and took off.  Police say it appears the suspect did not realize a child was in the backs
