Police: 4 Dead In Serious Westminster Crash, One Car Was Going 100+ MPH

BALTIMORE (WJZ) —A serious vehicle accident has killed four people in Westminster, at Route 31 and Old New Windsor Pike, according to the Carroll County Fire Department.
Ava-joye Burnett reports that it was around 2 p.m. when an officer on an unrelated call was going on one direction on Route 31 when he saw a vehicle going in the opposite direction toward Westminster. The vehicle was allegedly traveling so fast the the officer turned around to follow it.
