Overturned Tractor Trailer Closes Most Lanes On Tydings Memorial Bridge

CECIL Co., Md. (WJZ) — Major delays are in effect after a tractor trailer overturned at the Tydings Memorial Bridge.
All northbound lanes were closed and only two right southbound lanes were kept open for traffic to pass through.
