Overturned Oil Tanker On I-83 Between Cold Spring And Northern Parkway

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City Fire and Police have responded to a report of an overturned oil tanker that is leaking onto the road.
The incident took place Tuesday morning on I-83 Northbound between Cold Spring and Northern Parkway and has forced this part of the highway to be shut down.
There are no reports of any injuries at this time.
