Off-Duty Baltimore County Cop Helps Arrest Alleged Serial Bank Robber Fletcher Dorsett

WHITE MARSH, Md. (WJZ) — An off-duty Baltimore County cop was in the right place at the right time Monday, and their quick thinking helped catch an alleged serial bank robber.
Baltimore County identified the officer as E. Legge of the Woodlawn precinct. Police said Legge was inside the Bank of America bank in White Marsh when Fletcher Dorsett walked up to the counter next to him.Update: Fletcher Dorsett has been arrested.
