Noose Found In Frederick, Later Found To Be Part Of Suicide Attempt

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says a noose found in Frederick County originally reported to be part of a hate crime has now been found to have been to part of a man’s suicide attempt.
Frederick County Sheriff’s says on Monday morning, Sheriffs say Deputies were called to Kirkland Drive and Wade Court in Ballenger Creek Meadows after a caller found an electrical cord fashion into a noose hanging from a tree.
