Mosby Trial Moved To September At Request Of Defense

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s federal trial date has been moved to September 19th, a delay her defense asked for last week.
According to a court document obtained by WJZ, the defense request was granted for “good cause shown” after a phone conference Tuesday between prosecutors and the defense.
