Morgan State Student Shot And Killed On Pelham Avenue

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Morgan State confirms that the 19-year-old who was shot and killed this week on Pelham Avenue was a student at the school.
Police say officers responded to the 3500 block around 10:50 p.m. Monday and found Jonathan Tobash suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
