MD 140 Near Baltimore, Carroll County Line Closed After Crash

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– A crash in Carroll County has closed northbound MD 140 at Glen Falls Road.
Authorities are calling the crash serious and are telling drivers to take Route 30 to avoid a detour.
