Mayor Jack Young Launches Text To Give Campaign In Effort To Help The Homeless

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — There’s a unique way for you to help the homeless.
It’s called the Text to Give Campaign, and it’s just what it sounds like.
You can donate to the Baltimore City Action Plan on homelessness by simply sending a text.
Mayor Jack Young hopes this program will educate people about homelessness and promote compassion.
Right now, there’s no specific number list yet, but there will be signs placed at intersections across the city where panhandling is
