Maryland Weather | Flooding Remains Concern Into Early Friday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Slow-moving strong to severe storms brought heavy rain, flash flooding and power outages to parts of Maryland Thursday.
An areal flood warning remains in effect for Baltimore and Harford counties, as well as Baltimore City, until 1:30 a.m. Friday.
A flash flood watch issued for most of the state Thursday has been canceled.
