Maryland Senators Recommend Ways To Avoid Election Problems

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Two leading Maryland senators urged the state on Tuesday to prepare for a “hybrid mail-in preferred” November election in which voters can cast ballots by mail or in person with early voting, bidding to avoid the problems that arose in this month’s primary.
