WASHINGTON (WJZ) — U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen and U.S. Representatives Elijah Cummings, Dutch Ruppersberger and John Sarbanes met with Baltimore City Police Commissioner Michael Harrison and Mayor Jack Young.
