Man Killed After Jumping Out Moving Vehicle On I-695

CATONSVILLE, Md. (WJZ)  — A 38-year-old has died after he jumped out of his moving vehicle and was struck by an oncoming tractor-trailer in the adjacent lane on the Baltimore Beltway.
The crash was on the outer loop of I-695 at Exit 15, Route 40 on Wednesday night.
Police identified the man Thursday as Michael C. Dent of Catonsville, Md.
